"Really handy for trips, but not totally perfect"
I mainly picked these up for travel, and they’ve been convenient. They’re small enough to just toss in my bag, and I really like not having to bring a whole bulky box of strips. They worked fine on flights and in hotels, but I did end up losing one in my toiletry pouch, and some nights the fit just felt a little off. Overall, they’re useful, just not really amazing for me.

I’ve been using Intake for a few weeks now, mostly at night, and I do feel like it helps me breathe a bit easier. It’s not some huge life-changing difference, but I’ve noticed I don’t feel as stuffy when I’m trying to sleep. This is where it got annoying though: getting the strips placed just right can be kind of a hassle, especially when I’m tired and just want to go to bed. Overall, I’d say it’s decent and it does help some, but I wouldn’t call it amazing.

"Pretty easy checkout overall"

Took me a couple nights. Had to mess with the fit a bit. Once I found the right spot, it was actually comfortable. Doesn’t dig in. Doesn’t feel too tight either, which I was worried about. I notice it at first, but after a few minutes I kind of forget it’s there. Giving 4 stars because the sizing and placement took some trial and error. Overall, happy with it.

I gave Intake a try because I kept waking up throughout the night and figured it was worth a shot. It took me a couple nights to get used to wearing it, but once I did, I noticed a real difference. I’m not waking up feeling as stuffy, and my wife says I’ve been a lot quieter at night too. Based on my experience, it’s been a simple change that’s actually helped me sleep better. Happy with it overall.

"Looks normal on, just wish it was slimmer"
I like that it looks normal when I wear it. The color and shape are low key, so most people don’t notice it unless they’re really looking. It’s not invisible or anything, and I do wish it was a little slimmer. That’s really my main complaint, just a bit slimmer would’ve been better. It’s discreet enough for everyday use, but yeah, I keep thinking it could be thinner. Giving it 4 stars because it works fine, I just wish it wasn’t quite as bulky

I have sensitive skin, so I was a little nervous to try these, but they came off easily and didn’t leave me red or itchy at all. They stayed on the whole night too, which really surprised me. I already told a friend about them, and I’ll definitely be ordering again

"Works at first, but doesn’t last"
It worked well in the beginning, so I was hopeful, but after a few weeks the strip started getting weak. It’s not awful or anything, but I feel like stuff like this always seems to wear out right when you start relying on it. For the price, I just expected it to hold up a little better

I had a quick question about my order, so I reached out to customer support thinking I’d hear back soon. It did take longer than I was expecting, which was a bit frustrating at the time. But once they did get back to me, they were polite and actually sorted everything out without any hassle. So overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just wish the reply had come a bit faster.

I tried this on a couple of runs and a few gym days, hoping it would make breathing feel easier, but I barely noticed a difference. It stayed on fine, so I’ll give it that, but it just didn’t help enough for me to buy it again. The annoying part was I picked it up right before a busier workout week, thinking it would be useful, and it ended up feeling like bad timing and a bit of a waste. Maybe it works better for other people, but it wasn’t for me...

"Decent with my CPAP, but took some adjusting"
I tried this with my CPAP, and overall it worked okay. It did take some fiddling around to get it comfortable, so it wasn’t exactly a plug-and-play experience for me. That said, once I got it adjusted, I could see how it might help on certain nights. It’s not perfect, but sometimes sleep stuff is about finding small things that make the whole routine a little easier. Shipping was fine, and I’ll probably keep using it here and there.

I think these strips do help me breathe a bit better, at least from what I can tell. They stick well when I first put them on, but after a few hours the edges usually start to lift. It’s not awful, but it’s not exactly great either. If my skin is even slightly oily or I start sweating, they don’t seem to stay on very well. I’d say 3 stars feels about right
